Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mayfair pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your request.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
